Invoicing

All invoicing will be itemized on a per project basis, unless otherwise agreed. Payment of each invoice is due within 10 days from the date of the invoice. Interest at the prime rate plus 2% will be charged on accounts past due for 60 days or more, and will accrue monthly starting from the original due date.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties hereto. No modification or amendment to this agreement shall be of any force or effect unless in writing executed by the parties to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client will be bound by oral authorization for additional fees, production charges, or out-of-pocket expenses in order to immediately proceed with the work.

Digital Marketing Investment Terms

The terms and fees of this agreement are month to month after 90 days from the start date.
Scheduled payments will be due on the on the either on the 1st or 15th of every month. Refer to your digital marketing agreement.

Cancellation of Project

In the event of cancellation, Digital Wheelhouse requires a 30 day email or written notification sent to hello@digitalwheelhouse.com. A termination letter must be signed by the Client and Digital Wheelhouse to produce an official confirmation of cancellation. As a service provider, Digital Wheelhouse does not extend refunds. Digital Wheelhouse requires 1 final month billing to close out your account.

Work Scope Features Outside Original Agreement

A new work scope, estimate and/or invoice will be created for any features or marketing requests listed outside the project objectives listed in this agreement.
Force Majeure
Whenever a period of time is herein prescribed for action to be taken by Digital Wheelhouse, Digital Wheelhouse shall not be liable or responsible for, and there shall be excluded from the computation for any such period of time, any delays due to strikes, riots, adverse weather, act of God, shortages of labor or materials, war, governmental laws, regulations or restrictions or any other cause of any kind whatsoever which are beyond the control of Digital Wheelhouse.

Cross Browser Compatibility

Upon deployment of your website, Digital Wheelhouse assures that your site or application will be compatible with the latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and the IE 11 and up. Additional fees may apply for additional browser compatibility, such as support for deprecated versions of Internet Explorer.

Bug Issues (Website Errors due to a typical programming error)

Bug support will be offered for 60 days following the release of the project, both theme and backend included. Any issues reported that are determined not to be a bug will have a summary of the issue and its reason for being considered out of scope.
